Refund/Return Policy

At MeaningDreams, we want every purchase to bring you confidence and joy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to make the return or exchange process as smooth and fair as possible.
Eligibility for Returns​
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, certain products such as intimate apparel may be excluded from returns unless defective.
Exchanges​
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend initiating the return process promptly. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we encourage placing a new order once your return is accepted to avoid stock shortages.
Refunds​
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Damaged or Incorrect Items​

Late or Missing Refunds​
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe after approval, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us so we can assist further.
